• CAPF50-5 Student Evaluation (Fillable): To be used at the end of the week to recommend or not recommend encampment credit.  Can be filled out online and printed.

• CAPF50-5 Student Evaluation (Print): To be used at the end of the week to recommend or not recommend encampment credit.  Must be hand written after printing.

• CAPF50-6 Cadre Evaluation (Print): To be used at the end of the week to evaluate cadre. Must be hand written after printing.
