Team of Three Chiefs Fly Solo

These three have been working hard together after graduating from glider flight academies this summer. C/CMSgt John Tabor and C/CMSgt Sam Anderson, both from the St. Paul squadron, earned their wings by completing their first solo flight! C/CMSgt Thomas Botkin from the North Hennepin Squadron renewed his solo endorsement. Special thanks to the enormous support from their CFIs Lt Col Carl Hallum and Capt Bill Pagel and the numerous tow plane pilots and flight line officers including Maj David Carlstrom and Capt Gary Berquist who got them in the air today!
