SEMPER VIGILANS. ALWAYS VIGILANT.
Performing Missions For America Since 1941.
Civil Air Patrol is a well proven, cost-effective force multiplier with the capability and capacity to perform more missions and services for our country. CAP members are trained and ready to assist the nation in meeting the challenges that lie ahead.
Minnesota Wing has a proud history of selfless service to our country and community dating back to the early days of World War II. With over 1,200 dedicated volunteers in 22 squadrons positioned throughout our great state, we are prepared to serve our communities and fulfill our core missions in Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs, and Emergency Services.
Whether searching for missing aircraft, aiding with flood relief efforts in the Red River Valley, assisting schools in St. Paul with aerospace curriculum, or developing our nation's future leaders we are ready.
Always vigilant...Semper Vigilans!
Citizens Serving Communities.
Stemming from its World War II experience, the Civil Air Patrol continues to save lives and alleviate human suffering through a myriad of emergency-services and operational missions.
Our Cadet Program builds strong citizens for the future by providing leadership training, technical education, scholarships and career education to our young adults, male and female, ages 12 to 21.
Advocates for Aerospace.
The Civil Air Patrol promotes and supports aerospace education, both for its own members and the general public.
